About GGM 4D

GET-UP-AND-GO MISSION for development was founded in 2023 to assist resource-poor smallholder farmers in Tanzania. GET-UP-AND-GO MISSION for development promotes community with full hope and energy through various interventions which are both sustainable and reproducible.

GET-UP-AND-GO MISSION for development​ is a non-profit, non-government organization registered in 2023 by the Ministry of Women, Gender and Children Affairs with registration number ooNGO/R/4804 under the Non-Governmental Organization Act, 2002

To offer an effective voice of action among the community through social support and empowerment initiatives for youth and women for sustainable socio-economic development.

 

Objectives of GGM 4D

  1. To promote youth incubation centers for agribusiness value chain;
  2. Job creation to youth and women;
  3. Promote sound environmental management and climate resilience;
  4. Supporting rural infrastructures; Water and sanitation, Renewable energy;
  5. Food security and Nutrition;
  6. Promote human rights and voice of action against genderbased violence;
  7. Promote life skills education & methodologies for community wellbeing.
  8. Services in the field of livestock, crops, fruits farming, fish farming & processing;
  9. Advocate on proper use of improved seeds for increased yields;
  10. Assisting the community to establish Block farms, irrigation schemes, fattening & Milk value chain centres;
  11. Promote Local Economic Development, good governance and rule of law;
  12. Minimizing the Conflict between the National Parks and surrounding communities through the use of biological control crops to manage migratory Wildlife to the farms and villages;
  13. Creating a society full of hope and energy.
